ADVENT FAIR
Please join us for Advent Fair on December 3rd following the 9Alive! Mass in the Worner Center.  There will be crafts and other advent/Christmas-related activities.

CHRISTMAS EVE PAGEANT – 1ST & 2ND GRADERS INVITED TO BE ANGELS AND SHEPHERDS
The Pageant with children’s choir will be held at the 4:30pm Mass on Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24th.  Because the size of the crowd for this Mass has outgrown our church, we are limiting the number of participants in our pageant to 12 angels and 12 shepherds in Grades 1 and 2 ONLY.  Selection of participants will be by a lottery system. Please fill out the bottom portion of the attached flyer (also found HERE) and submit it to the Parish office, Attention: Karen Elmore, or email the information below to kelmore@stgregs-sanmateo.org, by Monday, December 18th.

If you do not hear from us by Wednesday, December 20th, please assume that your child will be a participant and should come to rehearsal.

Please note:  Pageant rehearsal is MANDATORY on Friday, December 22nd, from 10:00am – 11:00am.  It is necessary that your child be at rehearsal the entire time if they are to participate.

If you have any questions, please call Karen at the Parish Office at 345-8506, or email Karen Elmore, kelmore@stgregs-sanmateo.org

ADVENT GIVING TREE
As you are preparing for your own family holidays, you are invited to experience the spirit of the Advent Season by reaching out to those in need.  Every year St. Gregory parishioners have been generous in helping out our less fortunate brothers and sisters.  Please notice the Advent Giving Trees in the church vestibule, with the tags.  We hope that you will choose a tag and bring your UNWRAPPED gift or gift cards with you to Mass on the Second Sunday of Advent, December 9-10th and place them in the bin by the statue of St. Joseph or Mary.  If you are unable to attend mass that day, you can bring your gift to the Parish Office no later than Monday, December 11th.  St. Francis Center and The Catholic Worker House will benefit from your generosity.
